Classic Massage - $70.00
Swedish Massage is probably the most common type of massage available. A full-body massage offering a lighter or heavier touch depending on your personal preference.  It is made up of primarily mostly long smooth strokes, working in a circulatory pattern.  While not as therapeutic as a Deep Tissue Massage, a Swedish Massage does offer therapeutic value in that it is an effective stress reduction technique.  A terrific technique for first time or novice massage recipients. - 50 min.

Deep Tissue Massage - $75.00
The ultimate relaxing experience that combines a deep, vigorous massage with steaming hot towels steeped in aromatic herbs and essences. Tension bound within muscles is unraveled with this powerfully effective treatment.  Anti-inflammatory extracts of Arnica are combined with cooling extracts of Peppermint, Rosemary and Grand Fir to ease muscle pain and joint stiffness. - 50 min.

Basalt Stone Massage - $85.00
Our therapists place hand-picked, oiled and heated Basalt Stones on your body and use them to apply penetrating warmth and pressure right where it's needed most.  The smooth shape, and slow release of heat from the Stones are perfectly designed for gliding over tired sensitive muscles.  We have also seen great results using the stones on stiff and/or arthritic joints.  The combination of the smooth stones and therapeutic oil blends, applied with an expert touch, are sure to melt away tension. - 50 min.

Couples Massage - $140.00 (for two)
This massage is practiced in our specially designed massage rooms, which open up to a larger, but intimate space for two.  Soft music and candle lit tables enhance this experience of sharing.  Our trained therapists perform this personalized Swedish massage quietly in tandem.  This service is generally recommended for relaxation purposes only. - 50 min.

Indian Head Massage, is a treatment based on old Ayurvedic techniques involving work on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face.  It is used by practitioners to help reduce stress and fatigue, increase mental clarity, and relax and rejuvenate the receiver.

It may also help relieve or alleviate: tension headaches, eyestrain / eye problems, Tinnitus and other ear problems. insomnia, neck and shoulder stiffness, Sinusitis and congestion, scalp tension, mental tiredness/anxiety/stress.

Indian head massage is deeply relaxing, which can prove to be a powerful 'preventive medicine' in today’s often stress-choked, fast-paced lifestyle.  It is gentle, safe and non-invasive (done sitting with clothes on) and just about anyone would benefit from a treatment.  - 25 min.

Reiki Treatment - $70.00
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is similar to a typical massage in that it is done on a massage table. However, it is different in that it is done with clothes on. - 50 min.

It’s is administered by specific hand placement. The placement of hands is a technique in which the service provider will gently lay their hands on the parts of the body that need attention.  It is not a massage in that there is no kneading of muscles. During the session you may feel hot, cold and/or tingling sensations throughout your body and that is normal. This is the body's way of releasing negative energies that could be related to emotional, spiritual, physical or mental trauma or illness.

Reiki specifically targets the body’s natural energy pathways that may be blocked by any of the above mentioned reasons. Techniques such as these have been practiced for thousands of years in Asia.
