Appointments
All appointments must be secured with a gift certificate or credit card. at the time of scheduling. Spa or Salon services of greater than $200.00 require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling.
Schedules
We have designed our scheduling system to ensure enough time has been set aside for your service(s). Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. For Spa services, check-in time is 15 minutes prior to the start of the service. Please understand that in consideration for all of our guests, your appointment may need to be altered, and/or rescheduled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
Cancellations
In consideration for all of our guests and employees, a minimum of 4 business hours notice is required when canceling a typical scheduled appointment. For Spa packages of greater than $200.00 in value, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Failure to meet either of these criteria could result in a missed appointment service fee and/or forfeiture of deposit.
Gift Cerfiticates
Innovations Gift Certificates...There's No Lines! No waiting! Instant gift certificates for an occasion available securely on-line at innovationsnh.com. You can apply a customized message, select the services or dollar amount you want, print it out or email it immediately to that special someone. It's no longer just thoughtful to give a gift certificate to the spa, but quick and convenient as well.
Wedding Parties
We respectfully request that wedding parties of three or more guests please meet complimentarily with our bridal coordinator prior to scheduling any services.
Staff Selections/changes
We feel a change in style or stylist can be refreshing. As a team, we work together to provide you with the best service. Feel free to make appointments with other staff members any time you wish.
Guarantee
Please note that Innovations Day Spa cannot guarantee our services if they have been altered at another facility. We guarantee our services within 48 hours of a haircut, one week of a Coloring and two weeks of a hair enhancement or relaxer.
Returns and Exchanges
Innovations will provide a replacement for any retail product deemed to be defective for 30 days from the date of purchase. If a replacement cannot be obtained, then a refund will be provided in the form of a gift certificate or cash. Please note that per the State of NH Heath Regulations, the returning of skin care and/or makeup products is not permitted once opened.
Loss or Damage
We regret we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing or accessories. Closets and/or lockers are provided for securing personal items while visiting with us. Within the spa and salon area robes and/or smocks are provided to ensure that no damage occurs to clothing during services.
Service Areas and Children
For the safety and consideration of our guests and employees, only those receiving services will be permitted in the service area. For the safety of children under the age of 12 who are not receiving services, adult supervision is required in the waiting area.
Smoking
To ensure a healthful environment for our clients and employees, smoking is not permitted.
Wireless Phones and Pagers
With consideration to all of our guests and employees, we ask that you place your wireless phones and pagers on silent or vibrate mode while visiting with us.
